Pacific Jewel

This was the name of a cargo liner owned by Sir Edmund Dorrance. He used it to transport caches of laundered money from his heroin trade as ready startup cash to establish a criminal empire in Gotham City.

Panala

A Panala is a title of royalty to natives of the planet Alstair in the Antares star system. It is a title only by women. By Earth standards, a Panala is the equivalent of a queen. The Justice League villain Hyathis was once the Panala of Alstair.

Paragon

Paragon is the name of a board game native to the planet Daxam. It involves two players, each of whom must outwit the other by moving selected playing pieces across a circular board in the hopes of eliminating the other's piece. In form and strategy, it is very similar to the Earth game of Chess, but also requires the ability to successfully bluff one's opponent. Paragon was a favored childhood game of Lar Gand and his father.

Penciler

A penciler (sometimes spelled penciller) is the primary artist on a comic book issue. A penciler is responsible for the panel layout and breakdowns and the majority of the illustrations. The volume of detail that a penciler is responsible for varies from artist to artist. After an assignment is completed, the penciled pages are given to an embellisher (or inker) to be inked.

Phantom Zone Arrow

Superman once possessed a special blue arrow that opened a portal into the Phantom Zone. The Teen Titan known as Speedy stole the arrow and hid it in his possession for many years. He eventually gave it to his successor, Mia Dearden, to use against Superboy-Prime.

Pool of Blood

The Pool of Blood was literally a giant subterranean chamber built and used by the Church of Blood. Brother Blood filled the pool with the blood of human sacrifices and regularly bathed in it in order to replenish his strength and vitality. Blood's son, the first Brother Blood born in the 20th century, succeeded to the rank of cult leader by fighting and ultimately slaying his father inside the Pool of Blood. The original Pool of Blood was located at the Church's headquarters in Zandia, but a second one was constructed in a cave beneath another church in Phoenix, Arizona.

Poozer

Poozer is a word that originates with the culture of Bolovax Vik. Although sometimes used as a term of endearment, it is most often used to describe someone of unfavorable character. Kilowog often refers to people as "Poozers".

Protonic Lance

A Protonic Lance is a mêlée weapon approximately 1 1/2 meters in length capable of generating an electrostatic discharge. Thanagarian in origin, it is one of many weapons that comprises Hawkman's crime-fighting arsenal.
