History:

Az-Rel was a Kryptonian from the Isle of Thieves known as Bokos. Like many women on the island, Az-Rel possessed great psychokinetic abilities with which she used to commit crimes. Az-Rel and another criminal named Nadira were apprehended for their actions and sentenced to the Phantom Zone. Az-Rel was killed during a massive escape attempt from the Phantom Zone.

Notes:

• This version of Az-Rel (Earth-One), including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the Multiverse in the 1985-86 Crisis on Infinite Earths limited series and is now considered apocryphal.
